Margaret Toppel, President/ CEO of FFA and Board Treasurer, has worked for corporate marketing for over five years before joining the financial services industry. She has developed Relocation Programs and assisted in nationwide business development efforts for a large credit union. Throughout her career Margaret has worked and lived internationally for a total of 13 years in locations such as Hong Kong, Australia, Mexico, Switzerland and Korea.

Deena Westergard, has worked in the corporate travel industry as a national sales manager for 15 years. In the last five years, she became licensed as a Real Estate Agent and worked for Intero Real Estate and Keller Williams Realty. She now owns her own business, Redhouse Investments. Deena is the secretary of the FFA Board.

Kimberly Pettinger joined the FFA Board in 2009. She has been at Intel Corporation for the last five years as a global marketing manager. Prior to that she was at the Institute for Computer Technology and coordinated their corporate technology educational programs.

Susan Tierman, MD is the Medical Director for Global Health at Johnson & Johnson and currently the Chairman of the FFA Board.  She was a partner in Palo Alto Medical Foundation as well as the Medical Director for the City of San Jose. She is active in many organizations including the American College of Occupation and Environmental Medicine and is a Clinical Assistant Professor at UCSF.
